Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Paytory Inc., the operator of Feedigy (“Feedigy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and govern your access to and use of feedigy.com, the Feedigy application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

Feedigy helps you turn RSS/Atom feeds, YouTube channels, and other content sources into curated, enriched content that can be automatically published to channels such as Facebook, Telegram, WordPress, and email digests, and used to generate affiliate links through programs such as Amazon Associates, eBay Partner Network, ClickBank, Commission Junction, and Best Buy. The Services are continually evolving, and features, integrations, and pricing may change from time to time. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid plans.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account, including a valid email address. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@feedigy.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use disposable or temporary email addresses to register, and you may not maintain more than one free account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing cycle until you cancel.

• Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Billing Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until then.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or downgrade or suspend your account after a reasonable grace period until payment is resolved.
• Price changes. We will provide advance notice of any price increase before it applies to your next billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Publish or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringes another party’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages, or operate pyramid or similar schemes;
• Access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access, or attempt to circumvent security or rate-limiting measures;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Services beyond the functionality we provide;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except as permitted by law;
• Misrepresent your affiliation with any brand, publisher, or affiliate program, or otherwise abuse an affiliate network’s terms while using our affiliate tooling; or
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, including via viruses, malware, or excessive automated requests.

We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, for violations of this section.

5. Your Content and License

You retain ownership of the feed sources, drafts, images, and other content you upload or create through Feedigy, including content generated with the help of our AI writing assistant (“Your Content”). You grant Feedigy a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transform, and publish Your Content solely to provide the Services to you (for example, publishing a post to a channel you’ve connected).

You are responsible for having the necessary rights to any content you import, publish, or monetize through the Services, including third-party feed content and affiliate materials.

6. Feedigy’s Intellectual Property

The Services, including the Feedigy name, logo, software, and design, are owned by Paytory Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features except as needed to use the Services as intended.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, WordPress, YouTube, Stripe, NewsBlur, and affiliate networks such as Amazon, eBay, ClickBank, and Commission Junction). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services, and connectivity issues or policy changes on their end may affect functionality within Feedigy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AUTO-PUBLISHED CONTENT OR AFFILIATE LINKS WILL GENERATE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT OR REVENUE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAYTORY INC. AND FEEDIGY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paytory Inc. and Feedigy from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the Services, with notice where reasonably practicable.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date, and, where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Massachusetts, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
