Feedigy (“Feedigy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a content-marketing automation service operated by Paytory Inc. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use feedigy.com, the Feedigy app, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Information We Collect

Account information. When you register for Feedigy, we collect your name, email address, and password (or an OAuth identifier if you sign up with Google or Facebook). If you upgrade to a paid plan, billing details (card and invoicing information) are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe — Feedigy does not store your full card number.

Content sources you connect. To build your feeds, you may connect RSS/Atom sources, YouTube channels, or a NewsBlur account. We store the source URLs and any credentials required to read them.

Publishing destinations you connect. To auto-publish content, you may connect social and content channels such as Facebook Pages, Telegram, WordPress sites, YouTube, and email digest recipients. Where you authorize a connection via OAuth, we receive and store the access tokens, account/page identifiers, and basic profile information (name, username, profile image) needed to publish on your behalf. You can disconnect any channel at any time from your account settings.

Affiliate program credentials. If you use Feedigy’s affiliate/monetization tools, you may provide API keys or affiliate IDs for programs such as Amazon Associates, eBay Partner Network, ClickBank, Commission Junction (CJ), Shopify, or Best Buy. These are used solely to generate affiliate links and product feeds inside your account.

Content and media. Feed items, images you upload or select (including through our Unsplash integration), drafts, and any text you generate or edit with Feedigy’s AI writing assistant (“Febe”) are stored so the Services can function.

Automatically collected information. Like most web services, we automatically collect IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps through server logs and cookies, for security, analytics, and to keep you signed in. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals at this time.

Cookies. We use session cookies (required for login and core functionality) and, where analytics are enabled, persistent cookies to understand feature usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including generating feeds and publishing content to the channels you connect;
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe;
  • Send transactional emails (e.g., password resets, billing receipts, publishing alerts) via our email providers;
  • Respond to support requests submitted through feedigy.com/contact or in-app;
  • Monitor, secure, and improve the Services, including detecting fraud, abuse, and technical issues;
  • Send product updates or marketing communications, which you may opt out of at any time; and
  • Comply with legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

  • With service providers who help us operate the Services, such as Stripe (billing), our hosting and infrastructure providers, and email delivery providers (e.g., Postmark, Amazon SES, Resend);
  • With the publishing destinations and affiliate networks you connect, to the extent necessary to publish content or generate affiliate links on your behalf;
  • For legal reasons, if required to comply with a subpoena, law, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Feedigy, our users, or others; and
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality arrangements.

Data Retention

We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account from Account Settings, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain records (e.g., billing records) for legal or accounting purposes.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

  • You can review and update most account information directly from Account Settings, including disconnecting social/publishing channels and deleting your account.
  • You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any such email.
  • To exercise any other privacy right, contact us at contact@feedigy.com or via feedigy.com/contact. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

GDPR (EEA/UK users). Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases for processing include performance of a contract (providing the Services), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (marketing, optional cookies), and legal obligation.

CCPA (California residents). We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information using the contact details above.

Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Transfers

Feedigy is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
